Submitting pre-made code is not allowed. All the apps must be built during the hackathon timeframe from scratch, and can not be started earlier than the first public announcements
Note: Catton excluded, as they have built a new CDP protocol during the hackathon.

DeFi: launched on mainnet;
Gaming & Onboarding, Social Web3 & Utility: fully launched on TON with on-chain mechanics;
Interoperability: full launch.
